Communication is a two-way process of listening and speaking involving both verbal and non-verbal communication. Communication is crucial to being an effective spokesperson and leader in social justice work.
How do you speak in a way that others want to listen?
On 11 February 2018, Mônica conducted a workshop on the elements of effective communication which focused on developing more self-awareness on how we communicate, particularly in cross-cultural contexts.
