Anita is an experienced associate trainer and coach with FELIZ Consulting

Anita is a passionate and inspiring professional facilitator and executive coach. She has a wide breadth of experience gained from a broad range of training and facilitation projects with clients over multitude industries. She has facilitated over 200 programmes on cultural change and people management / leadership skills for leaders in Asia and coached over 600 hours up to C-suite level and business owners.

Anita comes from a strong finance background with more than 20 years of experience in top tier investment banks. She played a key leadership role and was appointed as Finance Director, China CFO and Country Treasurer in the banks leading multicultural teams, presenting in the Board of Directors and engaging in business strategic planning. She is strong at leadership development and passionate about making real change. It built on her extensive leadership experience in the banks with a track record of winning Morgan Stanley’s CFO awards on outstanding team achievement in four consecutive years.

Anita embraces coaching approach at workplace and encourages leaders to reinvent themselves as coaches to draw energy, creativity, learning and the best out of their people. A personal breakthrough experience in a coaching journey was the key turning point for Anita in her coaching profession. In 2013, Anita then decided to pursue her career interest in coaching and training to support people’s continuous learning and development. She continues to do so to the highest standards.

On the personal side, Anita is a cat lover and enjoys exploring good food, music and movies with family and friends. When she is on her own, she loves to practice meditation and play singing bowls.
